Wholesale Terms & Guidelines
Order Minimums and Quantities
- Wholesale orders require a minimum of 12 units per item, applicable to both opening orders and reorders.
- You may mix and match scents within your total order, but each item must meet the 12-unit minimum and be ordered in multiples of 12.
Product Selection
Our products are available in a variety of formats:
- Candles:
- 4oz silver metal tin (approx. 15-hour burn time)
- 12oz white glass jar (approx. 40-hour burn time)
- 16oz white glass jar (approx. 60-hour burn time) - Wax Melts: 6-piece clear clamshell
- Room Sprays: 8oz black plastic bottle with fine mist sprayer
- Hanging Diffusers: 0.15oz glass container with bamboo diffuser lid and hanging cord
Scent Selection
- Choose from our Classic Collection, available year-round, or our seasonal Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Christmas Collections, which are offered for a limited time.
Label Options
- Select from:
- Our standard Dunkington Candle Company logo label
- A customized label featuring your logo in place of ours
- No label at all
Payment
- Full payment for merchandise is required before order processing begins.
- Shipping charges will be invoiced separately once calculated. Both merchandise and shipping invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved in advance.
Shipping
- Orders ship via UPS Ground from Starkville, Mississippi, once production is complete and shipping charges are paid. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
- A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
- Expedited shipping options are available upon request; please notify us for arrangements.
- Local pickup is available at no additional charge.
- Dunkington Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
- Cancellations or Changes: Must be submitted via email within 24 hours of order placement. A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Returns: Accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within one week of delivery. Custom-labeled items or custom scents are non-returnable.
- Exchanges: Items must meet return guidelines and will be processed once the original items are received.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and used, opened, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
