THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Here's a quick list of the things you really need to know:

  • Our minimum opening order is 12 units. Reorders are also a minimum of 12 units.
  • Our turnaround is about 2-3 weeks, depending on quantity ordered and supply availability, from when payment is received.
  • Please contact us first to open a wholesale account.

BECOMING A RETAILER

WHOLESALER KIT

Once you've reached out and gotten your wholesale account established, we will mail you a wholesaler kit that contains all the information you need to place your first order! While the wholesale kit is free, we do ask that you cover the $10 shipping charge.

 

ORDER MINIMUMS

12 units for wholesale opening orders and reorders.

 

PAYMENT

Merchandise payment is required before orders can be processed. Shipping charges will be sent on a separate invoice once they have been calculated. Both merchandise and shipping charges must be paid in full before merchandise is shipped unless other payment terms or arrangements have been approved.

 

SHIPPING

Once your merchandise order has been paid for and production is complete, a separate invoice will be sent to you reflecting the shipping costs. Once this shipping invoice has been paid, your order will ship via UPS Ground from our workspace in Starkville, Mississippi. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-3 days. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping.

 

Dunkington Candle Company is not responsible for any carrier delays.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations or changes to an order will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be returned within one week of receiving your order. Any refunds due will be issued once we receive the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
